Our U/12’s were also just pipped 41/37…but both teams have another chance in the 3rd & 4th place Playoffs on Sat 2nd April…very best of luck & again thanks to Catherine Keane & Roisin Schwer for looking after the teams.

The Easter Camp this week went very well.A few spaces still available for next week (Tues – Fri)

John, Stephen & I were priviliged  to be at the launch by Mary Hanafin of a very special book last night – “All the Risings”  1014 – 1016  is written by our own Caoimh Kenna – (Former President & Life member of MLTC) It is an overview of the main events that shaped Ireland’s history.  The book contains 9 writings between 1014 & 1916…it is dedicated to the memory of Donal Agnew & Brian Bloomer – both late members of MLTC.

A very special guest at the launch was our own Sean Mallin, who is a Grandson of Michael Mallin – one of the executed leaders of 1916.

Congratulations Caoimh on a superb book…filled with wonderful illustrations.

Have a lovely relaxed Easter break….& don’t forget to put your clocks FORWARD 1 hour on Saturday night!
