Are’nt the weeks just flying by!   The Senior League teams play their last group matches this weekend…let’s hope we’ll have a team or two  in the playoffs…..best of luck to all.

The Mens’ Morning gang will be delighted to hear that there are no Home matches this Sunday morning!!

The Floodlight League is now underway with matches on Mon / Tues nights….courts 4, 5 & 6 are booked from 7 – 9pm.

Club Night tonight will be hosted by Jonathan (G) Do pop down for a game & a cuppa.

Ladies Morning continues to be as popular as ever….The Charity League starts next Monday. Matches are played on Mon / Tues mornings with matches starting @ 10am. This Monday ( 3rd) 3 courts are booked…there is no home match this Tuesday. A full list of court bookings is on the Notioce Board.

Juniors:   The Junior League  – Boys U/14 & U/18  & Girls U/18 – continues with great results….all 3 teams won last Sunday!  There are no home matches this Sunday.

The Stars & Stripes U/14 Plate semi finals will be held this Sunday @ 5 o’clock in Monkstown…we have a team involved so best of luck to them & thanks Alice!

Coaching continues with great enthusiasm – keep practising what you’re learning!

Did you ever think about walking part of the “Camino de Santiago”? Eric Cooney is organising a Camino “Taster” which will combine travelling the full Camino by coach over six days and each day you will walk approximately 20 Km. Departing on the 22nd May 2017, the cost is €795 p.p.s. which includes flights, accommodation, breakfast & evening meal and transport. Unfortunately this week I have to end on a sad note with the passing of our dear former family member Valerie Woods. Our deepest sympathy to her family Andrew, Christina  & Ruth. May she rest in Peace
