Club Night: Club Night tonight will be hosted by Terry O’Rourke, thanks a million Terry for volunteering yet again! A few more volunteers please! Weather looks nice and calm so do pop down and join in.
Ladies Morning continues to prosper with coaching from 9am – 10am as a lead in. The Charity league also continues on Monday / Tuesday mornings. A reminder that the Ladies (all Lady members of the club!) Christmas Party will be held on Friday 30th November in the Clubhouse. Full details and signup sheet will be on the Notice Board next week.
Juniors: Our U/14 Boys have reached the semi-final Junior League; our girls’ team were just pipped in a final set tiebreak of the last match in their quarter-finals last Sunday! The boys play their semi-final against Clontarf 1st next Sunday in Clontarf at 4pm. Very best of luck to Charlie & the team!
There was a Defibrillator Training session in the clubhouse last night attended by selected members from various areas of the club, e.g. Club Night, Ladies Morning, Men’s Morning, Coaches, Judy and a handful of members who regularly play at night. Fourteen was the maximum the class could accommodate. There is a list of the members who completed the session beneath the Defibrillator in the Function room. Fingers crossed we’ll never have to use it.
Just a reminder that the AGM is scheduled for Wednesday next 14th at 8pm in the Clubhouse. A big turnout would be appreciated.
