Men’s and Ladies' teams finding it difficult to register wins

In the Summer League both Men’s and Ladies teams finding it difficult to register wins, what with injuries and unavailability the subs are being kept busy. Two Ladies teams won this week, Jana’s team and Rachael Mullett’s team. Niall O’Carroll’s team remains unbeaten in the Men’s section, good on you Niall & the lads! All to play for over the next 2 weeks.

Scott Barron is representing Ireland on the IC Ireland team for the Potter Cup being played in Barcelona this week. Very best of luck Scott.

Conor (Gannon) is just back from a week’s training at Nadal’s Academy in Spain, he settled in very quickly and trained hard and proved to be very popular with the coaches and other students. This week Conor is on home ground playing in the Senior Naas Open, as it’s played on clay it’s the French Open of Irish tennis! He’s playing in the doubles with Jack, good combo! Best of luck to you both.

Ladies Morning host their last Wednesday this coming week before the Summer break, a big thank you to the Committee and all who volunteered for making Ladies Morning so popular. The Five Mile League team had a super 3/0 win last Sunday, they were all chuffed and are all set to keep the flag flying for their two remaining matches!
