The Senior League is up and running with 2 matches been played....with mixed results!...although 3 of the 8 Ladies teams top their sections. Early days yet so it's all to play for.
Mens' Morning this Sunday with be a bit restricted with 1 match scheduled for 9.30 am and 2 matches for 11 am.
Club Night: Club Night tonight will be hosted by Colette Langan....many thanks Colette. I know you're a newcomer to club night so it's very kind of you to volunteer! A lovely balmy day so pop down for a hit.
Ladies Morning is also back in action with coaching @ 9am followed by tennis @ 10am. 5 teams have been entered for the Autumn Charity League. The teams are selected and are up on the notice board....I didn't envy the Ladies committee as they made the team selections the other day....they had their heads down for hours!!....not an easy task!

No end to the talents of our members!.....former member Ciara Elizabeth Smyth (Mark & Sandra's daughter) has not only written but is also performing in her play "Sauce" currently running in Bewley's Cafe Theatre on Grafton St. There are 2 shows daily as follows:
1pm on 10th/12th/13th/14th/18th/20 & 21st Sept. 6pm on Mon 16th. & 8pm on 10th / 12th/ 13th/17th/19th/&21st Sept. Tickets €11 / €13 can be booked by going to Fringefest.com . Why not get a group together, head into town for Lunch / Supper, and enjoy what promises to be a great afternoon / evening’s entertainment.
